TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the services and products of the Barbershop, the customer declares that he or she has taken note of these extensive general terms and conditions and agrees to their provisions.

1. Definitions

1.1 In these general terms and conditions the following definitions apply:

  • Barbershop: Brabantse Barbers, located in Veldhoven, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 86459457.

  • Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses the services and products of the Barbershop.

2. Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, services and products provided by the Barbershop.

2.2 The customer accepts these general terms and conditions by using the services and products of the Barbershop.

3. Appointments and Cancellation

3.1 Appointments must be made in advance via our website, by telephone or in person.

3.2 Cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of late cancellation, the Barbershop reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 The prices for the services and products offered are stated on our website and are subject to change at any time.

4.2 Payment must be made in cash or by card after receiving the service.

5. Complaints and Disputes

5.1 Complaints must be reported in writing to the Barbershop as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the service has been provided.

5.2 The Barbershop will make all reasonable efforts to resolve complaints satisfactorily. In the event of disputes, an amicable solution will be sought in the first instance.

6. Hygiene and Safety

6.1 Customers are requested to follow the instructions of the staff regarding hygiene and safety.

6.2 The Barbershop provides a safe and hygienic environment, and customers are expected to respect this.

7. Liability and Responsibility

7.1 The Barbershop is not liable for damage to property or injury to customers, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7.2 Customers are advised to store valuables carefully. The Barbershop is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the Barbershop's services and products remain the property of the Barbershop.

8.2 Customers are not permitted to use images, photos or other materials for commercial purposes without written permission from the Barbershop.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

9.2 Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Barbershop is located.
